AI is moving too fast

Every week brings a new tool, a new headline, a new thing to worry about. You're busy running a business — you can't spend your evenings on tech blogs.

Vendors sell tools, not outcomes

Software companies want you on a subscription. They don't really care whether the thing they sold you saves you a single hour.

Going it alone is exhausting

You shouldn't have to figure this out on your own. You deserve an advisor who knows the Irish market and speaks like a normal person.

How Sonraí AI Ready works

A steady rhythm, not a one-off project.

A predictable monthly and quarterly cadence designed to fit around how a small business actually operates.

  1. 01

    Initial AI readiness audit

I start by looking at how your business actually runs — your tools, your data, the bits that drain your week — and map where AI could genuinely help.

  2. 02

    One implementation per quarter

Every three months, I build and deploy one specific, useful AI thing. Not a pile of pilots — one tool that earns its keep.

  3. 03

    A monthly check-in call

A scheduled hour each month to look at what's working, tweak what isn't, and decide what's next.

  4. 04

Always-on access by email & WhatsApp

When you see something in the news and wonder "should I be using this?" — you have someone to ask.

  5. 05

    Quarterly sector briefings

A short, plain-English update on what's actually changing in AI for your industry — hospitality, retail, trades, services.

What it could look like for you

Pick the closest fit. The actual roadmap is shaped to your business.

If you book clients in hourly slots and a missed appointment costs you real money — this is the shape.

Start here

A booking + FAQ assistant

Handles "do you have anything Saturday?", "how much for X?", "can I reschedule?" so your front desk isn't stuck on the same DMs all day.

Next up

No-show reminders + auto-rebooking

A nudge before the slot, an automatic reach-out when one cancels. Most clinics make the cost back in the first month.

Down the line

Review replies + social posts in your voice

Reply to every Google review within the hour. Turn yesterday's photo into a polished caption without sitting down to write.

Training

I also train your team to use AI well.

Tools are only half of it. Most AI mistakes inside small businesses come from confident staff using tools they don't quite understand — pasting sensitive data into the wrong place, trusting a confident-sounding wrong answer, or quietly avoiding the tool altogether and missing the benefit.

I train your team on whatever AI they actually touch. That includes the assistants I build for you (so they're confident, not white-knuckling every click) and the tools they were already using before I showed up — ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, the AI feature inside your CRM. Same plain-English approach as the rest of my work.

And I cover the safety layer that nobody else seems to bother with: what not to type into a chat tool, how to spot when an AI is confidently making something up, how to think about customer data when an AI is involved, what to do if something looks off. Short sessions, no jargon, your team finishes the day knowing what they can rely on and what they need to double-check.

Who I am

"I built Sonraí AI for the businesses the big consultancies ignore."

I come from a data analysis and data science background, based in Ireland. I've spent years inside companies watching data quietly change how decisions get made.

I started Sonraí AI because I kept noticing the same thing: the big consultancies are off chasing multinationals, while the cafés, shops, tradespeople and small services that make up so much of the real economy are left to figure out AI on their own — or sold something they don't need.

My job is to be the calm, plain-spoken partner in your corner. No glowing robots, no buzzwords. Just practical help, one quarter at a time.

Why now

The EU AI Act takes full effect in August 2026.

Businesses that start mapping their AI use this year won't just be compliant — they'll have already learned what works for them. Early movers will quietly pull ahead while everyone else is still reading the fine print.

Questions

Things people usually ask

What if I don't know what I want to build?

That's exactly what the readiness audit is for. Most people don't arrive knowing — I help you figure out the highest-impact first project.

Is my data safe?

Yes. I use enterprise-grade, private AI setups so your business data is never used to train public models. I'm careful, and I explain everything in plain English.

What if AI changes again next month?

It will — that's the point of the monthly check-in and quarterly briefings. I'm building a flexible capability for your business, not a frozen tool.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It's a rolling monthly partnership. No long contracts, no lock-ins. You can pause or stop at any month-end.

Do you work with my industry?

Most likely. The cadence works for retail, hospitality, professional services and trades. If you have customers and any kind of data, AI can help.

Let's have a quiet 30-minute chat.

No slides, no sales pitch. Just a conversation about your business and whether any of this is a fit.
